Intent:  

The intent of our careers curriculum is to empower students with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to make informed decisions about their future career paths and to successfully navigate the ever-changing world of work. Our curriculum aims to: Encourage self-reflection and exploration of various career options and pathways. Promote Career Exploration: Provide opportunities for students to explore diverse industries, professions, and emerging fields. Enable them to gain insights into the skills, qualifications, and experiences required for different careers. Foster Career Planning and Management: Assist students in setting and achieving realistic career goals. Develop their ability to create effective career plans, understand labour market trends, and adapt to changing industry demands. 

Students will use Unifrog to support their careers education throughout this half term
