Careers Week

Exciting insights for our Year 9 students!

A representative from Uxbridge College visited yesterday to share guidance and highlight the many opportunities available as part of our Careers Week.

Thank you for taking the time to speak with our students and inspire them as they start thinking about their future pathways.  

We were also fortunate to host additional talks for other year groups. Year 8 students heard from Maia, an ex student who kindly returned to school and spoke about her work in the ambulance service and the different roles available within emergency healthcare. Year 10 students welcomed Tara, who shared her career journey and insights into wealth management at UBS.

In addition, a group of selected Year 11 students attended a talk from AIM London, which focused on apprenticeship opportunities and alternative routes into employment.

It was wonderful to hear from students about what they had learned from the sessions, with many saying the talks had inspired them to consider new pathways for their future.
